By accessing or using Mowj.ai (the “Service”), operated by Secnds Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription tiers and their usage limits are described on our pricing page and in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: scanning or crawling websites you do not have permission to analyze, attempting to reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
You retain ownership of content you submit or that we generate on your behalf (e.g. articles, reports, schemas). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or billing risk.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
