Mowj.ai is operated by Secnds Solutions (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal information you provide through the Service. Contact: info@secndssolutions.ai.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, workspace details, team membership.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store subscription status and plan, not card details.
• Website data you add: URLs, sitemaps, page content we crawl at your request, and derived analysis.
• Usage data: features used, credits consumed, error and audit logs.
• Authentication data: Google OAuth identifiers when you sign in with Google.

3. How we use it

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service.
• Generate AI outputs (SEO analyses, articles, schemas) you request.
• Enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• Send transactional email (invites, billing, alerts).

4. Subprocessors

We rely on the following processors to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, storage.
• Stripe — payments and billing.
• Google Cloud (PageSpeed Insights) — technical audits.
• Firecrawl — web crawling on your behalf.
• AI model providers (Google Gemini and others) — content and analysis generation.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare — hosting and edge delivery.

5. Retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. On deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days except where retention is required for legal, tax, or security reasons.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR/UK GDPR and the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email info@secndssolutions.ai to exercise them.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, row-level access controls on our database, and least-privilege access for staff. No system is perfectly secure — you can report suspected vulnerabilities to info@secndssolutions.ai.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email.
